Sausage & Peppers Skillet, Cauliflower alla Vodka, Spaghetti Squash

The sausage and peppers skillet thing I made this week might be one the best things I have made so far on this page. What is in it is pork sausage, peppers, onions, cream cheese, and topped with cheddar cheese.

The cauliflower alla vodka is something I started making early in my keto journey. It has ground beef and cauliflower in it along with marinara, heavy cream, vodka, and parmesan cheese.

The spaghetti squash is it is plain as far as dishes go. But paired with the sausage and peppers, it’s a great side.
