My Top 5 Go-To KETO Snacks, all less then 5 minutes to make… maybe 10

Since starting keto, I’ve tried to have most of my meals prepared beforehand.

But there are times where I might still be hungry or just need something quick to hold me over. Over time, these have become my favorite. Meaning I will always have the ingredients ready to make any of these.

The flexibility of each is endless.

When I meal prep the salmon salad, sometimes I use extra chicken instead or add in some bacon bits.

The pizza can easily become a quesadilla with any number of add-ins.

Use the Parmesan Crisps as chips for the Buffalo dip.

Roll-ups can have ham, prosciutto, mozzarella, cheddar, or anything else that can be made into a reverse pig in a blanket.
