Meatlover’s Breakfast Pizza with Eggs, Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon, and Sausage | Low Carb Recipe

This is a great 15-minute keto recipe. I had some leftover smoked sausage and diced tomatoes that I wanted to use up, so this was a perfect breakfast right before starting this week’s meal prep.

I used 6 eggs which is about 3 servings, but the same process can be used for any number of servings.

This is a simple recipe that doesn’t need much explaining, you’re really just making an omelet without the flip. For the technique that I’m using, I find that a nonstick pan works the best.

What I Used:

  • Used:

    • bacon, smoked sausages, ham, pepperoni
    • eggs (6)
    • diced tomatoes
    • mozzarella cheese
    • parmesan cheese
    • parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic powder (optional as topping)

What I Did:

The only meat that isn’t cooked is the bacon so that’s where I started. Cut them up into bits and put in a non-stick pan over medium heat to cook. I’m not using oil or butter in this recipe because ill be using the bacon fat.

Next step was to cut up the smoked sausage, ham, and pepperoni. Once the bacon is ¾ cooked, placed the rest of the meat in the pan as well to cook.

Then I removed everything onto a paper towel to soak up some of the excess grease and started with the eggs. In a bowl, I beat 6 eggs together and poured it into the hot pan.

For this method, I didn’t flip or scramble the eggs. I let the bottom cook for a couple of minutes before pushing the edges in and letting the uncooked egg from the top flow to the sides and underneath so that can cook too. Repeating the process every few minutes until it was mostly cooked through.

Now it was time for the toppings. First were the diced tomatoes, then the mozzarella cheese, all the cooked meats, another small layer of mozzarella and some parmesan cheese.

I let that cook for another 5 minutes making sure the eggs were done and cheese melted. And that was it. Topped with parsley, red pepper flakes and garlic powder like I would any pizza.
