KETO is the worst

fatty recipes. restrictive meal plans. unsustainable tips

How journaling everyday helped me lose 50 pounds, and how you should do it differently

One of the biggest things that have helped changed my life is keeping a journal since I was 16.

Now for the first 6 years I would rarely write in it, maybe 5 times a year. But that was enough for me to get a picture of the things I was saying year after year.

More importantly, that I was saying the same things year after year. That helped me change the conversation from the things I’m going to do, to the things I did.

It was that mindset change, and daily commitment to process, that finally lead me to losing the weight. Instead of saying for the 7th year in a row that I was going too.
