The most basic KETO shopping haul I know, for anyone just starting out

These videos were supposed to come out closer to the new year for anyone looking into how to start keto.

 

This one is going through what some of my earlier trips to the supermarket looked like. Giving you an idea of the things I buy and what I make with them.

Coming up this week will be my top 5 go-to keto snacks, all under 10 minutes to make. As well as a simple meal prep for the week that includes baked chicken thighs and salmon along with egg cups and salmon cakes.
