The sauce for the honey BBQ ribs from G.Hughes make these amazing. And I find that sirloin steak tips are a little cheaper but great for meal prep.
The side for the ribs is a radish (like potato) salad made with cabbage, mayo, sautéed peppers and onion.
The side for the steak tips is asparagus roasted with parmesan cheese.
In this video are also my egg cups (probably the last time I put them in a meal prep video since it doesn’t really change) and my chia seed pudding which I still need to make a short for.
